What the service is
NOOVA runs a short structured interview with a job applicant and returns a report to the employer who invited them. The report describes how the person reasoned during that conversation. It is one input to a hiring decision, not a decision, and not a measure of anyone's worth.
Who may use it
An account is for an organisation hiring for its own roles. You are responsible for everything done under your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for the lawfulness of the roles you screen for.
What you agree to
- To invite only candidates who have applied to you, and to tell them the interview is part of your hiring process.
- Not to use a report as the sole basis for rejecting someone.
- Not to use the service to screen on any protected characteristic.
- Not to resell reports, or to use them for anything other than hiring for the role they were produced for.
Candidates
A candidate is asked to agree, before the interview starts, that their answers and the resulting report go to you, and that their audio and its transcript are analysed and stored. Without both, the interview does not begin. What happens to that material is set out in the privacy notice.
Accuracy
Reports are produced by language models and are wrong sometimes. They describe one conversation on one day. We do not warrant that a report predicts job performance, and you accept that you, not we, make the hiring decision.
Payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Charges already made are not refunded when a subscription is cancelled; cancelling stops the next charge.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Before launch this page needs: the legal entity and its registered address, the governing law and venue, the limitation of liability, the notice period for changing these terms, and an address for legal notices. None of it is guessed here.
