If you are a candidate
An employer invited you through a link. They decide what to do with the result; we run the interview and produce the report for them.
Before the interview starts you are asked to agree to two things, separately: that your answers and the report go to the employer, and that your audio and its transcript are analysed and stored. The interview does not begin without both.
What is collected
- Your name and email address, as you type them.
- Your CV, if the role asks for one — the PDF itself and the text read out of it.
- Your spoken answers as audio, and the transcript of them.
- The report produced from that conversation.
Who else sees it
- The employer who invited you.
- OpenAI, which turns the audio into text.
- Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini models), which produces the report from the transcript.
Your material is not used to train our models, and we do not sell it.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold about you, or its deletion. Write to the employer who invited you, or to us at the address below.
If you are an employer
What is collected
- Your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. The picture is copied once and served from our own domain, so Google is not pinged every time a page of ours is opened.
- The roles you create and the candidates you invite.
- Billing details, held by Stripe — card numbers never reach us.
- Product analytics through PostHog, on EU infrastructure.
You are the controller of your candidates' data; we process it on your instructions.

The parts still to be written
Before launch this page needs: the legal entity and its registered address, a contact address for data requests, how long transcripts, audio, CVs and reports are kept before deletion, where the data is hosted, and the data processing agreement offered to employers. These are decisions, not facts in the code, so none of them is guessed here.
